NEW FOREST DWELLING
Planning permission has been obtained for a large two storey extension together with significant re-modelling works to an existing house on the Beaulieu Estate.
The extension will be partially clad in "Corten" steel panels and grey boarding to help it blend in with its woodland setting. Work has now started on site. |
EASTERN ROAD : LYMINGTONPlanning permission has just been granted for a town centre development of 9 town houses.
On a tight and awkward site, a successful approval was achieved for a compact scheme of two and three bed houses with special care given to the proposed hard and soft landscaping. Client : COLTEN DEVELOPMENTS |
SHARPES FARM : BRAISHFIELDWork is now well under way for the restoration of the listed cottage recently ravaged by fire. The damaged oak frame has been repaired and the infill brick panels carefully re-built and the roof is now currently being re-thatched.
We have also recently obtained planning approval for a new contemporary extension which will largely be hidden behind a new garden wall. Work on the extension works has also now started on site. |
