DANES GARDEN HOUSE : ROMSEY
The brief was to design a contemporary version of a classically proportioned georgian house. The house is set within a Victorian walled garden which was listed with English Heritage. The walls were constructed in local hand made Michelmersh bricks with specials designed for the window surrounds. The plinth is stone with stone insets to the window corners. The roof was covered with natural slates.
